The compact FDF Pacific Fluid Rower is a compact residential machine with all the features for any home workout program.
The Pacific has 4 levels of Adjustable Fluid Resistance. At level 1, the Fluid Resistance is suitable for beginners, rehabilitation patients or deconditioned participants just starting on their fitness journey. Dial to level 4 for high-intensity for athletes, interval training (HIIT) or short sprints.
The aluminium seat rail and a sculpted steel frame wraps around the adjustable Fluid Resistance system, making it a very robust machine.
The Pacific offers silky smooth resistance at any speed and any level, with a firm instant catch and a consistent resistance through the entire stroke.
Pivoting footplates improve the ergonomics for less flexible or deconditioned users, and a shaped and textured seat ensure a smooth slide with every stroke.
The transport wheels make it easy to move, and it is designed to be stored vertically, creating a minimal footprint when not in use.
